Why isn't my care label scanning correctly?
Make sure the label is well-lit, in focus, and fills as much of the frame as possible. Very worn or faded labels can be harder to read.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Launderly, go to the Premium tab, and tap "Restore Purchase" — this reconnects your subscription using the same App Store or Google Play account you originally subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store or Google Play, not inside Launderly. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
